DONATIONS
BACA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization
which promotes bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation,
and works through advocacy and education for a bicycle-friendly
Arkansas. Our work
is funded through membership dues and charitable donations.
Both dues and donations to BACA are tax-deductible under the IRS
rules for charitable donations, and BACA will provide a receipt
for your records and tax returns.
MEMBERSHIP DUES
(yes, PayPal calls it a "subscription", but it's really a
payment of membership dues.) Basic membership subscribes
you to the monthly BACA e-newsletter as well as news alerts for
various cycling and advocacy issues as they come up in between
newsletter editions. (Note: the way
we've found this to be working in PayPal is that PayPal sets up
an annual reminder ("subscription") to pay your dues. If
you are uncomfortable with this, you can cancel the PayPal
subscription after making the first payment.)
